My painting, Still Waters (10x20 oil), is included in this exceptional exhibition. Remarks and awards presentation at 7pm on May 27th during the opening reception. 

My painting, "A Day at the Beach" (12x16 oil), will be included in this national juried exhibition of small works. All paintings in this exhibit are 12x16 or smaller. This is the first exhibition of some of the paintings in my project entitled "Yes, This is Nebraska." This collection showcases the beauty and diversity of the Nebraska landscape, the beautiful state I call home. A total of 25 pieces are included in this exhibition. Please join us for the closing reception at the museum on Sunday, March 13th from 2 to 4pm. 

I'm very honored to have my painting, "Still Waters", 10x20 oil, accepted into this exhibition. This scene is from Ephraim, Wisconsin, in Door County...one of my favorite painting places there. 

This annual juried exhibition will feature nearly 200 paintings by some of America's top impressionist artists. There will be a number of educational programs offered throughout the run of the show. Check the AIS website for details as they become finalized.

So happy that we will be back in Door County, Wisconsin, in person this year! This will be my 14th year being invited to participate in this outstanding plein air festival in one of the most picturesque places in the country. I never tire of painting here. All available pieces in the auction can be previewed beginning Monday, March 28th, on the gallery website: https://illumegalleryoffineartshows.com/new-visions-art-auction-preview-2021/  The auction will be held ONE DAY ONLY - Friday, April 2nd, 8am to 8pm MST. 

There are several outdoor events planned in conjunction with the opening of this exhibition. The gallery will host an open house on Friday, April 2nd and Saturday April, 3rd, in addition to the opening reception/awards presentation on April 1st. There are approximately 175 paintings in this exhibition by AIS members from all over the country!
